Logistics Solutions are currently recruiting professional drivers for their team.

 Our drivers transport and deliver goods between suppliers and customers on behalf of a broad client base.  Delivering to depots, distribution centres, warehouses, and customer’s homes all over the UK.   As well as driving, you may be required to plan delivery schedules and routes with transport staff,  supervise or take  part in loading/unloading the  vehicle, make  sure  your load is safe and secure, take  scheduled rest  breaks  according to WTD, and complete delivery paperwork.   We are currently requesting that all applicants be prepared to do night deliveries in the London area throughout the Olympics in line with client’s requirements.   Logistics Solutions value its driving team; we work with the best and expect the best, therefore successful applicants must have the following skills and attributes: •      Competent in English and Maths both written and verbal (be able to achieve a minimum of 60% in testing). •      Hold a valid HGV License with less than 6 points. •      Hold a Digital Tachograph Smart Card or be prepared to apply for one. •      Be prepared to attend assessment slots. •      To enjoy driving and have an excellent driving history. •      Have the ability to work alone whilst concentrating for long periods of time. •      Have good eyesight and good colour vision. •       Possess a polite and courteous manner at all times. •      Have a good understanding of safety, both on the road and when loading/unloading. •      Have WTD (Working Time Directive) & Taco Knowledge or be prepared to attend internal training sessions. •      The ability to understand and complete paperwork accurately. •      Be of a reasonable level of fitness to work with loads. •      Have no DR10’s on your license. •      Be able to provide contactable references for a minimum of two years.   In return, we can offer you: •      Excellent rates paid accurately and on time.

We are currently recruiting HGV 2 Drivers for our client based in Irchester. Multi drop deliveries accross the UK, this contract operates timed deliveries including London. Monday – Friday, AM Start times. Successful applicants must have held there license for a minimum of two years, with one year previous multi drop experience, less than 3 points on there license and a digi card.
